We understand that purchasing online is a gamble. Will I like it? Will it look like the photo? We accept returns in new condition with tags attached within 14 days from delivery. We hope you enjoy your purchase and don't need to return!

 

Accidents happen during shipping. We make every effort to wrap packages carefully so as not to get damaged. If you are worried about your purchase during shipping, please send us an email to purchase additional insurance at rachel@hjom.com. 

We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
